At Deepdale, we can provide you with broadband* with our own local support service. If you have a problem, you deal with our own technicians, not a foreign call centre.
Should a fault arise that requires a call out to your premises, we come to you personally. Should we be unable to sort your problem within your premises, we will arrange for the line engineer to visit as necessary.
For this service, you pay us via standing order from your bank or Go-Cardless direct debit.
Business customers receive a full VAT invoice each month for your accounts.
*These broadband services are provided by BT, Talk-Talk, Vodaphone, Virgin and other companies.
